Currently I am a freelance photographer in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. I am constantly inspired by those around me and am a naturally curious person. My constant questioning and genuine interest in people drives my ambition as a visual journalist. I never stop seeing.

Though my roots are in the Minneapolis area, I graduated from the University of Missouri in May 2012 with degrees in photojournalism and international studies, with emphasis in peace studies.

When I am not out making pictures, I can be found people watching, cooking, exploring new places, losing myself in music and wishing I had an elephant.
